I am a Spanish DHA-Licensed Health Psychologist with nine years of experience, specializing in couples, families, and adults. My work is guided by scientific research on the interrelations between body, brain, and mind, along with a deep belief in the transformative power of relationships.

My professional journey began with a focus on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, working with children, adolescents, and adults, which I later complemented with advanced training in areas such as Neuropsychology and Attachment Theory. Over time, my fascination with the role of relationships in mental health inspired me to evolve towards a more integrative approach grounded in Systemic Psychology and Attachment Theory. After all, from our very first connection with our primary caregiver to our cultural upbringing, our cognitive, emotional, affective, and behavioral development has been shaped by interactions with others.

Looking into the complexity of our systems of reference —their structures and roles, communication patterns, symbols, norms, dynamics and narratives—allows us to delve into our world of meanings, expand our understanding of difficult situations, unlock solutions, and develop healthier relational patterns.  Equally important, this process highlights the profound influence of culture on each individual, allowing to grasp a much deeper and wider understanding of one’s struggles.  ,

As a lifelong learner, I am passionate about multiculturality and diversity. My goal is to help individuals and couples navigate relational challenges, overcome mental health struggles, and build meaningful lives.
