Dr. Christian Perrin
As a highly qualified psychologist with 12 years of experience across diverse psychological contexts and spanning three continents, my primary ambition has always been to help people create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. Through a collaborative, client-centred approach, I support individuals in overcoming emotional challenges, fostering personal growth, and moving towards a more fulfilling and valued way of living.
My therapeutic practice is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and existential therapy, integrating evidence-based techniques that empower clients to navigate life’s complexities with greater psychological flexibility. I have experience and specialisms in working with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), intrusive thinking, anxiety and panic-related symptoms, addiction, and relationship challenges. Whatever the challenges you’re facing, I will support you in making meaningful changes that reflect your goals and values, helping you move forward from where you may feel stuck.
My qualifications include an MSc in Psychology, a PhD in Psychology with a Clinical-Forensic focus, and a Diploma in Psychological Therapies from the Association for Psychological Therapies. My background across multiple psychological settings has provided me with a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each client’s experience, and I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals can explore their challenges and develop strategies for lasting wellbeing.
If you would like to take the next step towards positive change, please feel free to get in touch.
