Zuha Zubair, M.Sc.
As a compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply empathetic psychologist, I believe in the power of connection, understanding and warmth. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a human-centered perspective, allowing me to tailor my methods to each person's unique experience.
I hold an MSc in Clinical and Abnormal Psychology from Swansea University, Wales and over the years have completed specialized trainings in UK, India and UAE. I’ve worked with diverse populations, in diverse clinical settings, helping clients navigate mental health related challenges.
I prioritize a warm and supportive environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Through CBT, we’ll work together to foster resilience and positive change by means of emotional awareness, thought identification, and thought restructuring. My human-centered approach ensures that your values and goals are always at the forefront of our work.
In our sessions, you can expect a focus on collaboration, it's a space focused on your growth led by you. I’m here to listen, guide, and empower you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and self love. My commitment is to help you build the tools and skills needed for lasting change.
