Who I Work With

As a certified Systemic Family psychotherapist, I work with individual clients, adults or children. I am specialised in work with adolescents. I work with couples, parents or the whole family together.

The Range of Psychological Difficulties That I Cover

In my clinic work I have gained rich experience working with individuals with various psychological difficulties and background including psychotic disorders, addictions, neurotic disorders (depression, anxiety, panic attacks etc.), psychological trauma, abuse, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and feelings, behavioural, emotional and problems in relationships or family problems.

I also work with functional individuals who thrive to understand life better, successful businessmen and artists who want to give the best from their personal and creative potentials.

My Expertise

I work with adolescents, adults, children and families experiencing the following:

  • Neurotic disorders: anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders including depression or bipolar, emotional and social withdrawal, suicide attempts, suicidal thinking, insomnia, posttraumatic stress disorder, OCD, phobias, depersonalization

  • Transitional difficulties: adolescent crisis, adjustment difficulties, grief, trauma, violence and abuse, posttraumatic disorder, separation anxieties, relationship and family difficulties, parental difficulties, aggression, creative block, loss of will and motivation, chronic fatigue

  • Addictions

  • Psychotic disorders: schizophrenia, paranoia, psychotic depression or bipolar, psychotic disorder induced by substances etc.

I first contacted Thrive as I had an extremely debilitating panic attack. I knew I needed to seek professional help so I booked a session with Masa at Thrive.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. Masa explained the type of therapy she uses. Therapy with Masa is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have a very safe professional relationship with her, we have got to route of my issues and I now have my own coping mechanisms which I did not have before therapy.

The centre is also very responsive if I have any queries or need to amend an appointment.

Thank you Masa and Thrive you have literally changed my life. I will be forever grateful.
